We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee because we strongly recommend a 1-2 month treatment time is needed for first-time users (with our Light Therapy Program) to see significant improvements in the skin. Many new customers see improvements in as little as a week but because the skin cycle is 28 days it can take up to 6 weeks before results are seen. We want to ensure that our customers have nothing to lose by offering a 2 month trial period.

Cancel or Change My Order:
If you discover an error in your order and would like to make a change (like an address update), or if you would like to cancel your order, please call our customer service at returns@brighttherapy.com  We’re available Monday through Friday 10-5pm  to help you.

An order cancellation or change can be processed ONLY IF the request is made by 11pm EST. After 11pm EST, orders for the day are transmitted to our warehouse and shipped. After processes and shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If this is the case please follow the procedures below.

 

Return My Order:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. BrightPad honors a generous 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee for the BrightPad only – no questions asked! Please allow 5 to 10 days for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 60 days or shipping charges. (Please note that we must have the product back at our logistic company no later than 60 days from the time of purchase as our bank cannot process refunds after 60 days.) So when returning an item please make allowances for return shipping times.

Warranty Repair for My Order:

We have an easy warranty policy: any BrightTherapy item may be repaired or if not repairable replaced for the same item within 1 year.  Use the returns address below:

Include a copy of your order invoice and a note about what is wrong with the item along with your return address. Sorry, we cannot pay shipping so we will email you once the item has been repaired so we can charge you the shipping costs. We ship via USPS priority mail.

We recommend that you email our Returns Department at repairs@brighttherapy.com to notify us of your warranty claim.

NOTE: returns shipping must be paid before we can send an item back. We cannot refund shipping for any returned items.
